The Minister of Environment Romanos Petrosyan has met with the delegation headed by the newly appointed director of the World Bank (WB) Office in Armenia Carolyn Geginat
The meeting was attended by Deputy Minister Anna Mazmanyan, Head of the Department of International Cooperation Ruzanna Grigoryan.
Welcoming his colleagues at the Ministry of Environment, Minister Petrosyan congratulated Ms. Geghinat on her appointment and expressed confidence that under her leadership, the World Bank (WB) office in Armenia will set a higher bar for efficiency.

Visit of experts of the Ministry of Environment of the Republic of Armenia to the Czech Republic
Five representatives of the Ministry of Environment of the Republic of Armenia visited several specially protected natural areas during an educational visit to the Czech Republic on October 10-17.
The purpose of the visit was to get acquainted with the approaches of the Czech Republic in the field of nature protection, as well as with the EU instructions.
