The Government has approved a draft law establishing the procedure for state monitoring of atmospheric air and the provision of air quality data. The draft law defines the procedures for conducting monitoring, collecting, analyzing, and assessing data, as well as for making air quality information publicly available.

During the meeting, the Deputy Minister emphasized the trust demonstrated by the Government of Japan, the continuous professional support provided, and the cooperation based on mutual trust.

To strengthen cooperation in the field of environmental protection, the Ministry of Environment of the RA and Hike Armenia signed a memorandum of understanding.
