Acting Minister of Environment Romanos Petrosyan conducted a working visit to "Khor Virap", "Goravan Sands" state sanctuaries, "Khosrov Forest" state reserve
The Acting Minister first toured "Khor Virap" sanctuary with our partners of Caucasus Nature Fund (CNF). They got acquainted with the ecosystem of the wetland area of international importance, the peculiarities of the conservation regime of flora and fauna, especially waterfowls and their habitats, rare plant species and their habitats.
