The Minister of Environment Hakob Simidyan took part in the work on the removal of illegal fishing nets from Lake Sevan
As Minister Hakob Simidyan said earlier at a meeting in the ministry, he is going to periodically participate in the program of strict control measures due to the whitefish spawning period in Lake Sevan.
Today, Minister Simidyan together with the Governor of Gegharkunik, the representatives of the Gegharkunik Regional Department of the RA Police, the representatives of the Environmental Protection and Mining Inspection Body and the inspectors of Sevan National Park took part in the removal of illegal nets from the lake.
