The Prime Minister first thanked Hakob Simidyan for his work as Minister of Environment and expressed confidence that Mr. Simidyan’s experience in the political and administrative spheres will continue to be used in the development of the state.
Nikol Pashinyan congratulated and wished success to Hambardzum Matevosyan on assuming the position and expressed confidence that the programs that were jointly developed will proceed successfully. The Prime Minister spoke about the importance of developing appropriate formulas and competent activity, through which it will be possible to direct economic investments to the high-quality protection of the environment.
Hambardzum Matevosyan also thanked the Prime Minister for his trust and noted: “I assure you that we will continue to successfully implement the ministry’s programs in accordance with your instructions and the Government’s program.” The newly appointed minister emphasized that the work on organizing and holding the COP 17 conference at a high level will continue in full swing.
