In order to ensure the stable development of biodiversity, the proper protection of specially protected natural territories of the Republic of Armenia, the realization of the scientific potential of the reserve, as well as the transformation of Armenia into an ecotourism country and the presentation of our unique nature to the world, the Ministry of Environment has developed and implemented a program for the introduction of the ecotourism component in the   " Khosrov Forest" State Reserve.
Presenting certificates to guides and accompanying persons, Deputy Minister of Environment Anna Mazmanyan once again spoke about the importance of implementing the program.
Nine candidates who have passed the competition under this certification program and are certified can now accompany tourist groups along hiking trails on the territory of the Khosrov Forest State Reserve in accordance with the protected regime and rules.
