About the works carried out by EPMIB of the Republic of Armenia in the period from August 15 to August 26, 2022
During the control, 59 cases were recorded, of which 34 cases were calculated for environmental damage in the amount of 15,672,676 drams, an administrative fine in the amount of 1,150.000 drams was imposed on 10 cases.
An administrative fine in the amount of 1.150.000 drams was imposed on 17 cases recorded earlier.
In particular:
The sphere of flora protection
33 cases were registered, 34 of which were calculated environmental damage in the amount of 15,672,676 drams, 1 of which was awarded an administrative fine in the amount of 100,000 drams.
An administrative fine in the amount of 200,000 drams was imposed on two previously recorded cases.
The sphere of subsoil protection
3 cases were recorded:
Failure to submit reports on time
11 cases were registered, 3 of which were imposed administrative fines in the amount of 150,000 drams.
An administrative fine in the amount of 400,000 drams was imposed on 8 previously recorded cases.
The sphere of protection of atmospheric air and water, waste disposal, use and protection of land
9 cases were registered, 5 of which were imposed administrative fines in the amount of 850.000 drams.
State expertise
An administrative fine in the amount of 150,000 drams was imposed on two previously recorded cases.
Violation of the rules and regime of protection of specially protected natural objects by the state
3 cases were registered, one of which was imposed an administrative fine in the amount of 50,000 drams.
According to the 5 cases recorded earlier, an administrative fine of 400,000 drams was imposed.
3 cases were sent to the NGO of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Armenia (total-369.600 drams).
During the specified period, the State budget of the Republic of Armenia received 1,500,000 drams:

During the reporting period, the head of the EPMIB was given 14 instructions to conduct an audit, of which:

Based on the results of 12 inspections carried out earlier, 19 decisions of an administrative fine in the amount of 2.580.000 drams were drawn up, and damage to nature in the amount of 30.072.949 drams was calculated. 5 recommendations were given to eliminate violations.
