In accordance with Government Resolutions No. 1008-Ն and No. 1001-Ն of 24 July 2025, the following processes are implemented exclusively in electronic form:
Annual administrative statistical reports submitted by legal entities operating sources of atmospheric air pollutant (hazardous) emissions and by natural persons engaged in entrepreneurial activity subject to state registration:
Submission to the authorized body;
Summarization and archiving of the submitted data.
Annual administrative statistical reports submitted by legal entities (including foreign and individual entrepreneurs) that generate hazardous waste and carry out waste placement (production, including subsoil use, and consumption) subject to state registration:
Submission to the authorized body;
Summarization and archiving of the submitted data.
All reports must be submitted through the electronic system “Digital Services Platform for Environmental Management”:
