In accordance with the RA law on "Environmental Impact Assessment and Expertise" (ՀՕ-150-Ն) and the Annex to the Decision N 2343-Ն of the Government of the RA (28.12.2023), on July 11, 2025 at 02:00 p.m., public hearings will be held at the residence of the administrative head of Mets Parni Settlement, Spitak Community, Lori Region, on the EIA report on the construction of a solar photovoltaic power plant planned on plots 10 and 6 of 26th Street, Mets Parni Settlement, Spitak Community, submitted to expert examination by "WHITE ENERGY" LLC /2nd public hearing/.
