Within the framework of the initiative "Financial and Environmental Literacy to Promote Energy Efficiency of Communities in Armenia" (FELCA), 237 two-day courses were held in 167 rural communities, in which 3,650 people participated.
The initiative was implemented within the framework of the environmental program Ecoserva, implemented jointly with the partner ministries of the German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ), delegated by the German Government.
The initiative was carried out by the Armenian representative office of the German Sparkassenstiftung for International Cooperation (DSIK).
