In accordance with the RA law on "Environmental Impact Assessment and Expertise" (ՀՕ-150-Ն) and the Annex to the Decision N 2343-Ն of the Government of the RA (28.12.2023), on October 31, 2025 at 11:00 a.m., public hearings will be held at the residence of the administrative head of Zoravan Settlement, Nairi Community, Kotayk Province, then at 12:00 p.m. at the residence of the administrative head of Nor Geghi Settlement, Nor Hachn Community, Kotayk Province, on the EIA report on the mining activities of the Noragyugh andesite-basalt mine in Kotayk Province (deadline extension) submitted by "STONE AND SAND" LLC /2nd public hearing/.
