In accordance with the RA law on "Environmental Impact Assessment and Expertise" (ՀՕ-150-Ն) and the Annex to the Decision N 2343-Ն of the Government of the RA (28.12.2023), on May 14, 2025 at 02:30 p.m., public hearings will be held at the residence of the administrative head of Shahumyan Settlement, Artashat Community, Ararat Region, on the EIA report on the mining activities at the 2nd site of the Shahumyan sand-gravel mixture mine submitted by "ML Mining" LLC /2nd public hearing/.
