In accordance with the RA law on "Environmental Impact Assessment and Expertise" (ՀՕ-150-Ն) and the Annex to the Decision N 2343-Ն of the Government of the RA (28.12.2023), on November 24, 2025 at 11:00 a.m., public hearings will be held at Aramus Settlement, Abovyan Community, Kotayk Province, on the EIA report on the mining activities of the "Nogara" site of the Aramus basalt mine in Kotayk Province, submitted by "NOGARA" LLC /2nd public hearing/.
