22 decrees on administrative fines of 1.85 million AMD are the result of inspections, visits, cases and report receipt conducted by the State Environmental Inspectorate of the RA Ministry of Nature Protection within the period of 13-18.04.2015, 643.0 thousand AMD was calculated as environmental damage. Particularly a decision of 200.0 thousand AMD was made as an administrative fine for 4 individuals doing illegal tree cutting revealed during the inspection procedures implemented by Gegharkunik Regional Division and 535.0 thousand AMD was calculated as damage caused to the nature. Granular materials without impenetrable cover for the transfer have been detected by Shirak Regional division employees and there was decided to charge an individual an administrative fine of 50.0 thousand AMD. Kotayk Regional division implemented inspections and detected violations of norms of atmosphere and made a decision to charge an administrative fine of 200.0thousand AMD. A decree on administrative fine of 150.0 thousand AMD was made by the workers of Ararat Regional Division to charge an individual for illegal mining of a well. Tavoush Regional division detected violations of norms of soil and charged 30.0thousand AMD as an administrative fine. Armavir Regional division charged an individual 150.0 thousand AMD for polluting soil with wastes. There was decided to charge a businessman by Aragacotn Regional Division an administrative fine of 100.0 thousand AMD while conducting an inspection. Due to the implemented inspections by Environmental Supervision Unit of Underground Resources there was decided to charge 150.0 thousand AMD for the violation of norms of preservation of underground resources. There was decided to charge 4 businessmen by Lori Regional Division an administrative fine of 320.0 thousand AMD for not submitting environmental and environmental usage payment reports within the defined period of time.  Supervision Unit of Biodiversity, Soil, Wastes and Noxious Substancesimplemented inspections at an entrepreneur made a decision of 100.0 thousand AMD as an administrative fine.                                                                                            An administrative fine of 200.0 thousand AMD was imposed on 2 individuals having done illegal transfer of timbers revealed during the inspection procedures conducted by Gegharkunik Regional Division and 105.0 thousand AMD was calculated as environmental damage. 3 individuals werecharged 150.0thousand AMD as an administrative fine for illegal crayfishing detected during the joint visits of the employees of Gegharkunik Regional Division, Martuni Police Division and “Sevan NP” SNCO. 34.4kg confiscated live crayfish was released back to Lake Sevan. During the visits of employees of Yerevan Regional Division the confiscated 62 sig fish was handed to Yerevan educational center for auditory impaired children. As a result of inspections carried out by Ararat Regional Division there was decided to charge an administrative fine of 50.0thousand AMD for illegal fishing and 3.0 thousand AMD was calculated as environmental damage. In general due to the sanctions imposed by theState Environmental Inspectorate of the RA Ministry of Nature Protection there is 2.2 million AMD has entered the state budget.
