A case of illegal cutting of 3 pine-trees was revealed in “Reserve Parking Complex” SNCO territory. Within the scope of activities executed according to N 305-A (10.10.2014) and N-025-L (13.10.2014) decrees of the RA Minister of Nature Protection about illegal tree cutting in the territory of “Reserve Parking Complex” SNCO operating under the subordination of the RA Ministry of Nature Protection, during the inspections fulfilled by the employees of “Jrvezh” forest-park, 21.12.2014, at 02:00, heard some strange noise went to the forest-park with torches, however, they could not detect anything because of the darkness. Calling the policemen on Yerevan-Garni highway, they revealed the illegally cut 3 Crimean pine-trees, a saw, a cover and a hat at 06:30. At 09:00 Nor Nork Police Division informed that the people having done the cutting, were disclosed and are at the police station. Two pine-trees are confiscated and transferred to “Reserve Parking Complex” SNCO territory, and the third one had already been sold. The trees will be handed to orphanages according to the defined law.
